Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner

Knott's began in 1920 as a roadside berry farm. In 1927 Knott's Berry Place started as a combination tea room/berry farm. As its popularity grew, more and more features were added to keep the people in line from leaving. In 1934, Mrs. Knott started selling her chicken and the lines were down the block. Incredible numbers of people kept coming and the popularity continues today.
